Sr. HR Executive

Job Description: As a Recruitment Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. This includes developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies using various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc. You will be screening resumes and job applications, conducting initial phone screenings, coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, negotiating salary, and managing offer rollouts. Additionally, you will maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also participate in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives, while staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels - Screen resumes and job applications, conduct initial phone screenings - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts - Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Participate in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resources - Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a senior position - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proven experience in handling complex employee relations issues Company Additional Details: Our company offers health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund benefits.
