Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Executive with strong experience in IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, support HR operations, and contribute to talent acquisition strategies for the IT business.

Key Responsibilities

IT Recruitment (Primary Focus):

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior, mid, and senior-level positions.
  • Understand technical requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
  • Source profiles using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial rounds.
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate engagement, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and closure rates.

HR Operations & Generalist Activities:

  • Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Support employee engagement, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
  • Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in IT Recruitment (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in IT industry recruitment.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience hiring for niche and emerging technologies.
  • Exposure to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working in fast-paced IT or startup environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
