Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our Palghar (Kolgaon) manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire HR function at the plant level.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning in line with production and operational needs.
• Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and practices as per company guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, including Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive performance management processes and training & development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment, employee engagement, and culture-building activities.
• Coordinate with top management for strategic HR planning and decision-making.
• Maintain HR MIS, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure smooth industrial relations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing setup (cosmetic or FMCG experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle IR issues independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site role at Kolgaon, Palghar.
• 6-day working week (factory operations).
• Travel may be required for recruitment drives, training, or corporate coordination.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
