Sr. HR Executive (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding

• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs including documentation and offer letter roll out.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.
• Assist in administering employee benefits and welfare programs.
• Should be able to manage ESI and PF single handedly

5. Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS/ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
