Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers.
  • Coordinate with ITIs, labour contractors, and agencies for manpower needs.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and attendance management.
  • Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
  • Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.) and required records.
  • Support payroll inputs and maintain HR documentation.
  • Organize basic training and performance review assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA HR/MLW/MSW preferred.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing/factory environment.
  • Fluency in Gujarati & Hindi; working knowledge of English.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of labour laws
  • Blue-collar recruitment experience
  • Strong communication & problem-solving
  • Organized, dependable, and professional

Salary:

  • ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
