Sr HR Business Partner

As a HR Business Partner at UKG, you will serve as the senior advisor/business partner to key executives in Noida, India and their respective leadership teams. Your role will involve providing a broad range of HR services including coaching and employee development, talent management, change management, policy development, workforce planning, and employee relations. You will work independently to develop strong relationships with the leadership teams of your dedicated business functions and collaborate with the global HR team to achieve outstanding business results. Your ability to lead programs independently, challenge the status-quo, and develop creative solutions to business challenges will be crucial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Represent the "Global" HR Function and provide full-service HR business partner/consulting support to select client groups. - Be present and visible to employees as a figurehead of the culture and vision of being a "Great Place to Work". - Cultivate strong working relationships with client leadership team and employees. - Gain deep knowledge of corporate business practices, policies, organization structure, roles/responsibilities to understand business and industry dynamics fully. - Solve complex issues related to org, talent, leadership, and growth. - Serve as a program manager for HR initiatives supporting business objectives such as talent reviews, succession planning, on-boarding, mentoring, and development planning. - Participate as a project team member on global HR initiatives. - Develop and build consistent HR processes that support corporate functions and comply with local business and corporate requirements. - Support the successful achievement of action-oriented deliverables in response to Employee Engagement data. - Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of all HR programs. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role. - Experience working for a Global Company with headquarters in the US, recent experience in an IT Product organization preferred. - Experience supporting Engineering Functions and Matrix Organization. - Collaborative and customer-focused with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated ability to align HR programs with business goals and objectives in a high growth environment. - Ability to lead, influence, and drive priorities with senior management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
