Sr HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner in this role, you will be instrumental in growing and developing a high-performance work culture for the business in Hyderabad. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit - Building effective working relationships with all stakeholders by understanding business imperatives - Proactively engaging with employees throughout their life cycle to enhance communication, engagement, and motivation - Designing career competency frameworks and ensuring clarity on career paths and internal opportunities - Managing retention through various engagement initiatives and actively participating in internal hiring processes - Leading complex HR projects cross-functionally and identifying and implementing necessary changes - Collaborating with the Business to design efficient organization structures and succession plans for key talent - Working with the Talent Acquisition Group to address hiring challenges and drive continuous improvement - Acting as a Change Agent in managing organizational change and revisiting and designing new policies - Conducting regular HR workshops for line managers on employment law changes, policies, and procedures - Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to line managers on people-related matters - Leading the annual Engagement Survey, analyzing data, and creating action plans in collaboration with the Business - Handling workplace conflict through effective mediation and implementing a recognition program - Collaborating with Learning & Development to enhance the workforce's capabilities You will play a crucial role in attrition control, top talent retention, engagement activities, goal setting, performance reviews, and overall business and individual development. Your partnership with vertical heads will be key in meeting client requirements and contributing to the business's success.,
