What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just a coding role. It’s a technical leadership role where your impact will be felt across engineering, product, and company direction.

• Design and develop scalable backend services using PHP (Laravel preferred)
• Build modern, modular frontend components using React.js
• Architect APIs and data models using MySQL and best practices
• Own full-stack modules from design to deployment
• Lead major technical decisions — architecture, stack choices, roadmap feasibility
• Collaborate with board members and founders on technical strategy
• Build and grow the engineering team, mentor developers, and set code and quality standards
• Own release cycles, infrastructure decisions, and long-term tech scalability

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a senior builder who thrives in product-led environments and thinks like an owner.

You have:

• 8–10 years of full stack development experience (PHP, React, MySQL)
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or owning core systems
• A strong grasp of system design, APIs, and scalable architecture
• The ability to think strategically and collaborate directly with leadership and board
• Comfort in representing tech vision externally — to partners, investors, and candidates
• An execution-first mindset paired with a long-term vision
• Bonus if you’ve played a foundational role in early-stage startups
