Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using .NET, React, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance, ensuring smooth interaction between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and implement new features and enhancements.
• Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through writing unit tests, conducting peer reviews, and following best development practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the development process when appropriate.
• Ensure the security and scalability of applications and systems, especially in the context of healthcare compliance and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack role.
• Prior experience in

  healthcare IT

  or working with healthcare systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
