About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and scale our next generation of automation, insights, and data-driven applications.You'll design and deliver end-to-end solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud layers, working closely with product, data, and platform teams.You'll play a key role in developing systems that automate workflows, surface intelligent insights, and integrate seamlessly with internal and external APIs. This is a hands-on, highly technical role suited for an engineer who thrives in cloud-native, fast-moving environments.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and services using modern frameworks and cloud services.
- Build scalable APIs and microservices to support automation, analytics, and data pipelines.
- Develop front-end dashboards and visualization layers for insights, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to integrate with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, Redshift).
- Implement secure and efficient data flows between services and front-end applications.
- Own CI/CD automation for your services (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and observability.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentoring other engineers.
- Contribute to system design documentation and internal tooling improvements.
What We're Looking
- 7+ years of full stack development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and one modern front-end framework (React, Next.js, or Vue).
- Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics integrations (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Redshift, Athena).
- Solid grasp of security best practices, authentication (OAuth2, Cognito), and API design.
- Experience using monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building data visualization or insights dashboards (Recharts, D3, Plotly, or similar).
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless patterns.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS for deployment.
- Experience integrating AI/ML-based features or working with LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and caching (Redis, CloudFront, DynamoDB DAX).
- Experience mentoring peers and driving engineering best practices.
