Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:

  Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable features across the entire stack—from database design to user interface.

• Backend Mastery (Python Core):

  Architect and build highly performant, secure, and maintainable backend APIs and services primarily using

  Python

  (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

• Frontend Development:

  Develop responsive, engaging, and highly usable interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Database Management:

  Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and write complex, efficient queries to support application needs.

• DevOps & Deployment:

  Work with containerization (Docker) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to ensure rapid, reliable, and automated releases. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a strong plus.

• Mentorship and Code Quality:

  Serve as a mentor for junior developers, participate actively in code reviews, and drive best practices in testing, documentation, and system monitoring.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities across the entire platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of demonstrable professional experience

  in Full Stack Development.

• Proven expertise in Python

  and experience building large-scale, production-ready backend systems using Python frameworks.
• Strong command of a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Deep understanding of web standards (HTML5, CSS3), RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database modeling.
