Job Description

As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our company. You will be at the forefront of our financial operations, providing leadership and strategic guidance to ensure our long-term financial health and growth. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisionmaking
Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive financial performance
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify costsaving opportunities and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.
Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
