YOU MUST HAVE A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership. Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills. Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. WE VALUE Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) are highly valued.
