Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, variances, and areas of concern to support decision making. Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations for cost savings and process improvements. Will be responsible for smooth and accurate monthly financial closing & global reporting. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning Monitoring and forecasting financial performance, identifying trends and potential risks Collaborating with Cross functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, and track performance against these plans. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed. Ensure compliance with financial reporting regulations and company policies Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership. Strong financial modeling, analysis, forecasting skills and knowledge of accounting principles Experience with SAP BRP 900, Power BI. Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
