You will report directly to our Finance Director ISC and you'll work out of our Bangalore, Karnataka location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership. Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills. Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) are highly valued.
