Job Description

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive – HR (US Healthcare Recruitment)
Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office Office Timings:10:30AM- 7:30 PM/  11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Human Resource Recruitment for US Healthcare RCM  preferred Medical Coding

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including drafting JDs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media, references, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for current and future hiring needs.
• Onboarding & Induction
  • Support the employee onboarding process and conduct induction sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee files and HR databases.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Qualifications & Skill Set

• Graduate in any stream (Post-graduation in HR preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, with exposure to mid-level to leadership hiring in US Healthcare RCM either in Medical Coding or Medical Billing  
• Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
