Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@ril.com Main Purpose: To ensure the integrity, uptime, fitness for purpose, and regulatory compliance of the KGD6 subsea assets. The role is focused on maintaining subsea infrastructure to the highest industry standards, ensuring continued operational reliability and safety. Job Accountabilities: General Consistently adhere to RIL’s standards for safe business conduct, ensuring full compliance with HSEF policies. Demonstrate and uphold RIL Values and Behaviours in all professional engagements. Offshore Inspection & Assessment Manage subsea asset integrity, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Verify that all subsea assets remain Fit for Purpose throughout their lifecycle. Implement the Integrity Management Plan (IMP) effectively and update as needed. Develop, review, and revise risk assessments for subsea systems and components. Review and help maintain the subsea manual and integrity documentation. Keep all subsea integrity records current and comprehensive. Prepare detailed inspection procedures and monitor Field Anomaly Reports (FAR) for all known anomalies. Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for identified failures and drive implementation of accepted recommendations. Perform detailed engineering assessments and propose/execute remedial actions. Update and manage the Integrity Management (IM) process in SAP. Monitor and ensure the health status of safety-critical equipment. Compile and submit quarterly subsea integrity status reports. Evaluate and deploy modern inspection techniques to enable proactive integrity management. Third-Party Inspection & Assessment Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) and support procurement activities for engaging third-party inspection services. Oversee inspection execution and risk assessments in collaboration with contractors. Liaise with OEMs for inspection data analysis and technical reporting. Support the establishment and administration of service contracts with OEMs. Onshore Facility Inspection Ensure ongoing integrity and fitness for purpose of onshore pipelines and associated facilities. Develop procedures for cathodic protection (CP) testing, general visual inspections (GVI), and ultrasonic testing (UT) of above-ground piping. Additional Integrity Activities Provide support for third-party audits and assessments of the Integrity Management process, as needed. Contribute to RIL Operations & Maintenance (O&M) initiatives aimed at enhancing OMS/IMS management systems. Mentor and support the development of junior team members. Skills & Competencies Required: Strong understanding of international codes and standards related to subsea system design, fabrication, installation, operation, and integrity management. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance. Familiarity with subsea oil & gas production systems and offshore maintenance operations. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining integrity management processes. Proficient in inspection techniques, risk assessment, and root cause analysis. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Capable of effective teamwork, technical reporting, and mentoring. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 3 years in subsea/deepwater maintenance, asset integrity or related areas.
