Speciality Chemicals Segment
: We propose to launch a new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives, forward integrate our crop protection chemicals to value-added agrochemicals (Herbicides, Fungicides & Insecticides) by adding new facilities. We are an established ‘partner of choice’ in CDMO, with more Invest plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facility for Pharma & Crop Protection customers.
Nutrition & Health Solutions Segment
: We propose to expand the existing capacity of Vitamin B3 to continue being one of the market leaders and introduce new branded animal as well as human nutrition and health premixes.
Chemical Intermediates Segment
: We propose to expand our existing acetic anhydride capacity and add value added anhydrides and aldehydes and enhance volumes in speciality ethanol.We have 5 world-class manufacturing facilities i.e. One in UP at Gajraula, Two in Gujarat at Bharuch and Baroda, Two in Maharashtra at Nira and Ambernath . Key Responsibilities
Basic Engineering
- Review of Process Design Basis (Mass balance, heat balance, PFD) with concept note
- Design of Rector, Pressure vessel/reactor, distillation columns.
- Knowledge of designing of continuous and batch process plant
- Knowledge of Process intensification
- Review Utility Generation & Distribution Diagrams.
- Review hydraulics and flow calculations for process and utility piping
- Develop and standardize P&ID
- Sound knowledge of Hazop/SIL/LOPA/PHA/PSSHER
- Review of Utility Consumption Summary
- Review of Effluent Summary and Effluent Treatment plant design
- Review of as-built P&IDs for process, venting, scrubbing, utilities and their distribution to the plants.
- Review of Relief load estimation and safety equipment design
- Review/develop Control philosophy, cause and effect diagram
- Sound knowledge about process plant automation
- Work with R&D for development of new product
- Work with Technology Transfer team for scale of/Trial of products
- Design of pilot plant for new process
- Develop Design basis for commercial plant from Pilot Plant
- Process Optimization of existing plants
- Knowledge of process software i.e. Aspen/Hysis
- Knowledge/Retrofitting/Mapping of new process in existing facility
- Develop/review Plant Layout
- Knowledge of Plant costing for business feasibility
- Knowledge of best practice in industries
- Understanding of design codes
- Knowledge on Process Simulation software.
- Good knowledge of project costing and estimation.
Detail Engineering
- Review/Preparation of Residual Basic and detail engineering scope document for Third party consultant for all discipline
- Technical Bid Evaluation of detail engineering consultant
- Monitor/Expedite detail engineering documents for procurement and construction activities
- Review data sheet and tender documents
- Review Technical Bid evaluation
- Review and Release GFC drawings at site for Erection
- Co-ordination with Site erection team for smooth erection on time
- Monitor project schedule, cost and progress and update to management
Commissioning
- Review/Monitor Section Wise mechanical completion with Installation protocol for each equipment, piping & instrumentation.
- Review Pre commissioning checklists for each equipment and sections.
- Joint Review of check list – OEM, Our Team and consultant
- Section Wise pre commissioning activities and record.
- System should be qualified with defined operation qualification with water trial or define trial procedure
- Parameter achieved during operational qualification to be reviewed with design intent and deviation to be addressed.
- Detailed SOPs will be prepared and operation team will be trained on SOPs including operation safety.
