We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital campaigns across various channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive significant growth and engagement for our brand. Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This includes SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC, social ads), and affiliate marketing. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, email marketing platforms). Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization to maximize ROI. SEO/SEM Optimization: Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits. Manage and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic. Manage social media content, community engagement, and paid social media advertising. Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences, to nurture leads and drive conversions. Manage email list segmentation and database hygiene. Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop and distribute valuable and engaging content across various digital channels (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to attract and retain target audiences. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and other relevant channels to achieve specific marketing goals. Budget Management: Manage and track the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate effectively with other marketing team members, sales teams, and external agencies. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance for management. A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests across various digital channels to optimize campaign performance and user experience. Landing Page Optimization: Work with web development teams to optimize landing pages for conversions and improve user flow. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion in a senior role. Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience with various digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp/HubSpot, SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Data-driven and results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Preferred Skills: Experience with marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience with video marketing and editing tools. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
