Deep understanding of the Product / Technology Platform’s underlying tech stack and its core components, data management

Hands-on expertise in Java, Database or Big Data and GCP.

Expert-level relevant hands-on engineering skills across a broad range of technologies, including deep expertise in the construction of enterprise-grade APIs and Services using state-of-the-art techniques (preferred knowledge in: Java, Big Data Technologies, GCP, APIs, JSON, XML, REST, BI Tools, etc.AI/ML, GenAI)

Able to manage multiple priorities and rapidly guide the organization through change moments

Ability to manage large-scale applications in terms of performance, production assurance, capacity planning and threat mitigation

12+ years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent is required with hands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testing

7+ years of experience in Data Management with in-depth knowledge of Data Governance metadata, lineage, data quality, access controls, retention and deletion principles)

Highly experienced in Database concepts and ETL technology

Proficient in cloud Data Management skills

Demonstrated ability to analyze high volume data
-
Demonstrated ability for testing across data assets, usage of various tools as needed

Strong PL/SQL skills including complex query building and query performance tuning

Experience in Java, PySpark, Apache Flink, and other open-source data processing platforms

Should be proficient with implementation of process controls

Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing

Proficient in communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels across functions, from both technical and non-technical perspectives alike
