Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, key account management, and channel development.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & business development team.
  • Set individual and team performance targets with regular monitoring and review.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance team productivity.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage high-value negotiations and close strategic deals.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Explore new markets, business alliances, and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop strong corporate relationships and networks to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive initiatives for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Forecast sales revenue, budgets, and business projections.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and profitability.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales & business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction / High-value B2C or B2B sales preferred.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
