Job Description

Xccelerance Technologies, a Salesforce implementation and consulting service provider, is hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. This is an on-site position based in our Indore office. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of business development experience, coupled with expertise in sales and marketing (including digital and content), a proven ability to manage impactful campaigns, and proficiency in key lead generation tools. We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to spearhead our international growth from our Indore office. This role is crucial for acquiring new clients and enhancing our brand visibility in the Salesforce market. Role Summary: Based at our Indore office, the Business Development Executive will drive the full client acquisition lifecycle. This includes lead generation, nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and executing integrated sales and marketing campaigns targeting US, EMEA, and AU markets. This role requires a strategic individual with a hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem (US, EMEA, AU). Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Xccelerance's Salesforce services. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Marketing & Campaign Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies (digital, content, social media). Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, emails) for target regions. Plan and run lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.). Analyze campaign performance and optimize for results. Market Research & Strategy: Research customer needs and market trends in target regions. Refine value propositions and messaging. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably in IT services or Salesforce consulting. Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Demonstrable success selling services/solutions to international clients (US, EMEA, AU). Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. Hands-on experience in creating and executing digital and content marketing strategies and campaigns. Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant lead sourcing and nurturing tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively on-site. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce CRM is a strong plus). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Salesforce partner company. Established network within target regions/industries.
