Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably in IT services or Salesforce consulting. Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Demonstrable success selling services/solutions to international clients (US, EMEA, AU). Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. Hands-on experience in creating and executing digital and content marketing strategies and campaigns. Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant lead sourcing and nurturing tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively on-site. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce CRM is a strong plus).
