Role Overview: You will be joining our team in Indore as an Associate HR / Talent Acquisition Executive. This onsite role is perfect for local candidates from Indore who are eager to start their career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and candidate profiles. - Manage candidate database and monitor recruitment metrics. - Aid in the on-boarding process of new hires and documentation. - Support HR activities such as employee engagement, HR operations, and attendance. - Assist in various other HR functions as needed. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA) or MBA in HR or related field is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in recruitment tools. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain. - Must currently reside in Indore.
