Associate Human Resources

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Associate HR / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team in Indore. This is an onsite role, and we're specifically seeking local candidates from Indore who are eager to kick-start their career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Assist with on-boarding of new hires and documentation. Coordinate and support HR activities like employee engagement, HR operations, and attendance. Support other HR functions as and when required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA) or MBA in HR or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Good understanding of recruitment tools. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain. Must be currently based in Indore .
