Job Title: Digital Marketing & Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Hybrid/Remote Work Option Available) Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Mohali, specializing in providing top-notch digital marketing solutions to clients across various industries. Our services include SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, and web development. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our business on Upwork and other digital platforms. Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing & Sales BDM, you will be responsible for driving new business and sales growth by leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and sales. You will identify, prospect, and convert leads into clients, build strong relationships, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in digital marketing, and excels at closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Research and understand clients' business needs and pain points to offer tailored digital marketing solutions. Manage lead generation efforts to continuously grow the pipeline. Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Write and present compelling proposals that highlight the value of our digital marketing services. Negotiate terms and close deals with clients while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Maintain an in-depth understanding of our services to effectively communicate them to prospects. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and check-ins. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients, ensuring that their marketing needs are fully addressed. Upwork Profile Optimization & Platform Management: Optimize the company’s Upwork profile to attract high-quality leads. Keep track of client feedback and reviews, ensuring the team maintains a strong reputation on Upwork. Stay updated with Upwork platform trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to design customized digital marketing strategies for clients. Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and generate measurable results. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization. Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and business development, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing sales. Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and PPC. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and present winning proposals. Previous experience working on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms is a plus. Strong sales skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals. Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve sales performance and campaign results. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and handling client accounts. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other marketing software.
