Efficient IT & Electronics Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing technology solutions company specializing in IT infrastructure, electronics, networking, and AMC services for corporate and government clients.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM – Sales) with experience in IT and electronics sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and convert new business leads in IT & Electronics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with B2B and institutional clients.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demos.
• Participate in tenders, vendor registrations, and project discussions.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams for project delivery.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / Electronics / Solution Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware, networking.
• Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Education:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (plus incentives based on performance)

Schedule:

• Day shift (Monday to Saturday)
• Regular office hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
