The Digital Marketing & Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) position at our fast-growing digital marketing agency in Mohali offers an exciting opportunity to drive new business and sales growth. As a motivated and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting leads into clients on Upwork and other digital platforms. Your expertise in digital marketing and sales will be crucial in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: - Identify and prospect new clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. - Research clients" business needs to offer tailored digital marketing solutions. - Manage lead generation efforts to continuously grow the pipeline. Sales & Business Development: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. - Write compelling proposals highlighting the value of our services. - Negotiate terms and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction. Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. - Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients. Upwork Profile Optimization & Platform Management: - Optimize the company's Upwork profile to attract high-quality leads. - Stay updated with platform trends and best practices. - Keep track of client feedback and reviews to maintain a strong reputation. Marketing Strategy & Execution: - Collaborate with the marketing team to design customized strategies. - Oversee campaign execution to align with client goals and generate results. - Analyze and report on campaign performance for optimization. Market Research & Analysis: - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and strategies. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of digital marketing and business development experience. - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and PPC. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Previous experience on Upwork or similar platforms is a plus. - Strong sales skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and client accounts. - Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
