We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead IT sales, drive new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close new business for IT services
• Handle complete sales cycle (Lead → Proposal → Closure)
• Build long-term relationships with domestic & international clients
• Prepare proposals, presentations & negotiations
• Mentor junior sales/BDM team members

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of experience in IT Business Development
• Strong knowledge of IT services (Web, Software, Digital, Apps, etc.)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
