Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Sales & Operations. The role involves handling inbound/outbound travel requirements, creating customized itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth execution of tours while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales & Client Servicing
2) Handle client inquiries (B2B/B2C) and provide prompt, accurate, and competitive quotations.3) Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and interests.4) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.5) Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.6) Operations7) Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers to confirm bookings.8) Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, invoices, and travel documents.9) Monitor ongoing tours to ensure smooth execution and resolve issues proactively.10) Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and amendments.11) Product & Market Knowledge12) Stay updated with latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.13) Negotiate rates with suppliers to secure the best deals.14)Suggest new destinations, experiences, and packages for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in travel sales and operations (Inbound/Outbound/Domestic).Strong knowledge of destinations, airlines, hotels, and DMC networks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking portals.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
