The Most advance field of electronics development is the strongest part that enables the Company to stand in the competitive market. 1) PCB Designing and Assembly: - Proficiency in designing PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) using software like Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad. - Ability to handle schematic capture, component placement, routing, and generating Gerber files for manufacturing. - Knowledge of assembly techniques and considerations for efficient and reliable PCB assembly. 2) Electronic System Design: Expertise in designing complete electronic systems, integrating analog and digital components. - Understanding of system architecture, including power distribution, signal conditioning, and interfacing various subsystems. - Capability to design for EMI/EMC compliance and reliability. 3) Good Knowledge About Microcontrollers/Processors and Other Electronics Components: - Familiarity with a variety of microcontrollers (MCUs) and processors commonly used in embedded systems (e.g., ARM Cortex-M series, PIC, AVR). - Understanding of key electronics components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, sensors, and actuators. 4) Good Debugging and Testing Skills: - Proficient in hardware debugging techniques using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters. - Ability to troubleshoot issues at both hardware and firmware levels. - Experience with firmware debugging tools and techniques such as JTAG, SWD, and UART debuggers. 5) Decent Communication Skills (English) to Explain Technical Aspects Fluently: - Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts and ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to document designs, test procedures, and results comprehensively. - Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey project progress and challenges effectively. Incorporating these skills and aptitudes, the ideal candidate should be well-equipped to fulfill the responsibilities outlined in the job description, contributing to the design, development, and validation of embedded systems, while effectively communicating with stakeholders throughout the process.
