Job Description: As a dynamic Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing relationships with our most valued clients. Your role will involve managing end-to-end client relationships, developing a deep understanding of client needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure account success. You will also be required to create and execute account growth plans, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and monitor key metrics to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end client relationships for key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. - Develop a deep understanding of clients" business goals and align our solutions accordingly. - Create and execute account growth plans including upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies. - Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influencers across client organizations. - Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, support, and marketing) to drive client satisfaction and solution delivery. - Conduct regular business reviews, performance tracking, and roadmap alignment sessions with clients. - Monitor key metrics such as account health, revenue growth, usage, and client satisfaction. Key Requirements: - 7-10 years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or client success roles. - Strong relationship management and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage high-value clients and navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems. - Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities. - Experience in SaaS, Martech, or enterprise tech solutions is a strong advantage.,
