We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to support our legal, governance, and regulatory framework. Key Responsibilities: Compliance: Overseeing and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws. Corporate Governance: Advising on and implementing good corporate governance practices, including board procedures, code of conduct, and ethical practices. Statutory Compliance: Managing and fulfilling statutory obligations, such as filings with the Registrar of Companies, stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies. Meeting Management: Organizing and coordinating board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions. Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a point of contact and building relationships with shareholders, regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders. Legal and Contractual Matters: Reviewing and advising on legal and contractual issues, including drafting, vetting, and managing agreements, notices, and other legal documents. Risk Management: Identifying and managing compliance-related risks, implementing policies and procedures to mitigate those risks, and ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement of compliance programs. Administrative Duties: Maintaining company records, statutory books, and registers, as well as handling correspondence and other administrative tasks. Training and Education: Providing training and education to employees on compliance-related matters and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality control procedures, collaborating with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain QA/QC documentation, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports (NCRs), and site instructions. Ensure proper handling and verification of permanent materials delivered to the facility. Oversee the closure of non-conformances (NCRs) and site instructions, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. Conduct daily defect analysis, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive measures. Ensure that all quality control processes align with regulatory standards and company policies. Monitor daily product quality to ensure targets are met and maintained at the highest standards. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
