Sr. Account Manager

As an Account Manager (RM) at our company, your role will involve cold-calling customers to introduce them to trading in stocks, commodities, forex, and other financial markets. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, following up to close sales, and providing excellent pre-sale and post-sale service. Additionally, maintaining customer portfolios through regular follow-ups and updating the call sheet are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Cold-calling customers to introduce them to trading in stocks, commodities, forex, etc. - Calling potential customers and following up to close sales. - Providing excellent pre-sale and post-sale service. - Maintaining customer portfolios through regular follow-ups. - Updating the call sheet once the calls are completed. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Tele Sales, preferably in the stock market or insurance field. - Result-oriented with a can-do attitude. - Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages like Malayalam or Tamil would be preferable. In this role, you will be working full-time with a salary ranging from INR 25,000 to 40,000 per month along with attractive incentives. Fluency in English and Hindi is required for effective communication with customers.
