Sr. Account Manager

As a Senior Accountant with 8-9 years of experience, your role will involve the finalization of accounts and reconciliation of various accounts. You will be responsible for reviewing the workings prepared by the accountant, coordinating with auditors, and resolving any queries. Ensuring compliance with corporate laws, reviewing excise, VAT, and TDS computations, and filing returns will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to review company law compliances, service tax computations, and file service tax returns. Your day-to-day activities will include visiting departments, meeting consultants, and ensuring that refunds are processed efficiently. You will also be responsible for checking the status of assessments, maintaining proper documentation, and supervising accounts staff while resolving their queries. Furthermore, you will review MIS reports before submission to management, manage cash flow, prepare debtor/creditor outstanding reports, and handle various other reports. Interacting with management, updating them on issues, and working on assigned tasks will be crucial aspects of your role. Bank loans, preparing monthly stock statements, and communicating with bank officers for loans/bank guarantee-related matters will also fall under your purview.
