Job Description

As a Sqa, You Will

Define, implement, and maintain software quality assurance processes, policies, and standards.
Monitor compliance with internal software development processes (Agile, DevOps, SDLC) and recommend improvements.
Conduct software process audits to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI).
Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to integrate quality best practices across the SDLC.
Ensure proper documentation of development processes, release protocols, and quality control measures.
Identify and track software process improvement opportunities and drive implementation initiatives.
Define and monitor software quality metrics (e.g., code quality, defect leakage, process compliance).
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring quality issues.
Support risk management and change control processes for software releases.
Provide training and support to cross-functional teams on quality assurance standards and compliance.

Required Skills

Required Education, Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
