Job Summary: We are seeking a UI Developer Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of sophisticated web applications using Angular and modern UI frameworks. This role requires technical leadership, active involvement in architectural decisions, and mentoring of UI developers to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep Angular expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Define and oversee front-end architecture and best practices for Angular applications. Lead end-to-end technical design for complex UI features, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Drive adoption of modern UI frameworks, libraries, and patterns. Team Management & Mentoring Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of UI developers. Conduct regular code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and help grow team competency. Project Delivery & Collaboration Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, backend teams, and DevOps engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality user interfaces. Manage priorities and ensure timely delivery of features across multiple parallel streams when needed. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: 10–12 years in front-end development, with 3+ years leading UI teams.
