MBA in HR or a Graduation Degree in any discipline

BGV:

Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ( BGV ) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
Candidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process including documents uploaded is accurate and complete, both to WSP India and its BGV partner .

Monthly Headcount Reporting:
Collect data to understand the total number of employees.
Monthly People Dashboard:
Track and analyze key performance indicators.
Monthly HR Analytics Report:
Provide insights on recruitment metrics, employee performance, and turnover rates.
Leave Reconciliations:
Ensure accurate compensation for unused leaves and exiting employees.
Employment Equity Reporting:
Assist in eliminating workplace discrimination and achieving equitable representation.
Global Reporting:
Consolidate various HR data into single reports (e. g. , headcount, starters, leavers).
System & Administration Management:
Manage HRIS and coordinate related activities.
Managing HRRS Team:
Oversee the complete employee cycle, including onboarding, payroll, and reimbursements.
