BIM Delivery Lead - Integrated Design Leadership (IDL) - ICRC Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure proper project scope delivery by monitoring project progress and team performance to deliver the project on time while maintaining cost and quality parameters to meet the Appointing Party s objectives and requirements. Manage and coordinate the overall deployment of project delivery within multidisciplinary Design Projects in alignment with the organization s Way of Working and best practices. Manage the project supply chain to deliver high-quality information, data, and models to the Appointing Party and ensure that the delivery of information within the supply chain complies with contract requirements. Perform capability and competence assessments of the supply chain before appointment. Support projects scope definition and risk management at the pre-award stage. Maintain close liaison with the project management team and act as the point of contact for Digital Delivery. Prepare the project BEP in line with the organization s standards and ensure collaborative inputs from different stakeholders are well coordinated and embedded. Lead the BIM scope negotiation with the various stakeholders, highlighting exclusions, risks, and best practices to support BEP approval. Provide Quality Assurance by handling the Implementation and Administration of Building Information Management (BIM) systems and solutions per project and maintain close collaboration with the Disciplines BIM Leads. Implement the internal Responsibility matrix within each project and ensure proper adherence and maintenance by the wider project team. Support best practices in BIM environment Setup, Quality Assurance, BIM authoring and production, Virtual Design Coordination, BIM quality review, information management, and 4D/5D Support. Configure, Maintain, and Administer the project CDE (Common Data Environment) to enable the effective management, tracking, and monitoring of deliverables. Ensure the implementation of openBIM standards such as (IFC or buildingSMART), and international standards such as (BS EN ISO 19650) Coordinate BIM issues with the supply chain to develop and reinforce standards with the goal of refining Models and deliverables. Identify and detect any potential opportunities/risks for the Project or the Team. Integrate leading-edge BIM applications including Scheduling, Cost, Asset Management, and O&M programs into the BIM models. Report to the Project Management team, Business Unit Leads, and Appointing Party representative in a structured manner. The minimum content should include, but not be limited to: BIM Issue Tracker, Audit Reports from BIM for Design Coordination, in-progress and completed results, and the status of model development according to trade, work breakdown structure identifier (phasing), cost categories, information delivery, and project close-out requirements. Assist in defining the Learning and Development requirements within the project supply chain. Engage and lead management for BIM Delivery Coordinators. What Youll Need Bachelors degree in a relevant Engineering or Architectural field. Minimum of 10 years of broad AEC experience in multidisciplinary scope management on large-scale building projects. Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in design. The ability to communcaite effectivelt and clearly i key for this position. Mandatory proficiency and hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit. Mandatory proficiency with Autodesk Navisworks Manage. Dynamo experience desired Mandatory proficiency with BIM360/ACC and knowledge of the ACONEX Environment. Proficiency with Solibri, BIM Track, and Revizto would be advantageous. Proficiency with Dynamo scripting tools would be advantageous. Digital Transformation experiece is highly desirable. Line Management experience required. Extensive knowledge of BS 8536, ISO 19650 series and other international standards. Information Management and BIM-related certifications would be advantageous. Strong knowledge of COBie implementation/delivery in accordance with LOIN. Experience working within a multi-national work environment would be beneficial. Experience in BIM Strategy implementation would be beneficial. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
