BIM Manager/LEAD

Responsibilities and Duties

·        Strong managerial skills to effectively lead teams of at least 15 - 20 drafters and designers.

·        Experience in handling client calls, meetings, quality audits and training.

·        Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle various situations during client deliverables.

·        Execute SCAN to BIM projects for the US geography, ensuring accurate conversion of scanned data into BIM models.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEPF, structural, and architectural disciplines for effective coordination and integration.

·        Utilize your strong technical knowledge to deliver high-quality BIM models, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

·        Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise during the BIM modeling process.

·        Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology, providing recommendations for process improvement and implementation.

Job Profile:

·        Creation of CAD & Revit models and production drawings

·        Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Plants using CAD software specifically Revit Architecture and AutoCAD

·        Lead and coordinate with other employees to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems

·        Review and analyse specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs

·        Provide BOM management along with sourcing support of all components within the design

·        Perform and make necessary design decisions/judgments during the course of work as required based off of intellectual thought

·        Communicate and assist other departments with calculations and datasheets

·        Develop and maintain 3D models

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Revit Architecture , AutoCAD , BIM 360

B. Arch Degree or BE Civil

Experience of 8 - 12 Years
