Role Overview
Are you an experienced engineer eager to join a dynamic email services team? In this pivotal role, you will maintain and enhance the infrastructure and delivery of our email platform, ultimately improving the overall experience of our services. You will work with Microsoft Infrastructure products like Azure, Office 365, ATP, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Server, Active Directory, and third-party email gateway solutions. Your user centric mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with international teams will be crucial.

What will you do in this role
Education level:
o BSc Degree/Master or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science or other related disciplines.

Experience and Technical Skills:
o 3+ years of practical experience with configuration/deployment/support of Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange 2010 / 2013 o Ability to author high-quality technical documents. o Experience with Exchange Online/On-Premises Exchange 2016 or later. o Experience with Email archiving & Email Reporting service. o Knowledge of MS Exchange Transport Rule (ETR), MS Defender-Email & Collaboration, Cisco Email Security (IronPort) or any other email security gateway products. o Proficiency in PowerShell Script. o Experience with Mailbox Management. o Experience with Distribution & Office365 group management. o Experience with Outlook Apps integration. o Application integration and deployment with Email Services. o Basic understanding of DNS, Network firewall & Load balancer. o Experience with Internet gateways and message filtering/ system hygiene o Experience with providing support for Exchange Online email environments o Experience with providing support for email security/hygiene-related issues o Understanding and experience with complex globally distributed email environments o Understanding and experience with internet email protocols and email routing concepts o Communicate effectively and present information clearly. o Skill in applying approaches, tools, and techniques for working with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner, including the ability to build and maintain critical networks and collaborative relationships. o Ability to express oneself to provide information to others effectively and in a succinct manner including mid-to-high level divisional management, subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders across the enterprise. o Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through. o Good organizational skills and the ability to follow-through on projects with minimal supervision.
