Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in cooking, preferably with a background in Continental cuisine.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning menus and ensuring high-quality food production.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and its techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail.
