Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and driven Sourcing Manager to strengthen our partner network and drive qualified lead flow through channel partnerships. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the real estate industry and strong knowledge of local sourcing ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand a strong network of real estate channel partners, brokers, and agents

Strategically identify and onboard high-potential sourcing partners to generate quality leads

Maintain productive relationships with existing partners and ensure consistent engagement

Align sourcing strategies with sales goals and marketing initiatives

Track and report sourcing performance metrics and lead conversion ratios

Conduct regular market research and competitor mapping

Provide training and support to partners to improve performance

Ensure partner adherence to compliance and ethical practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field

4–6 years of relevant experience in real estate sourcing

Proven success in developing and managing broker networks

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

In-depth knowledge of the Navi Mumbai/Mumbai real estate landscape

Self-motivated and result-oriented
