Sourcing Manager

As a Sourcing Manager at Amdocs, your role involves overseeing all business-related activities with suppliers to optimize costs and savings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform all Software procurement and contracting activities, including pre-qualification of suppliers, tender management, negotiation, and closure of contracts for optimal total cost of ownership. - Collaborate closely with all Amdocs units to understand their procurement needs. - Develop expert knowledge in the relevant procurement category center and implement global category strategy and guidelines. - Stay updated with global supply markets, competitors, and product innovations. - Identify opportunities for cost reduction to meet financial goals. - Conduct due diligence on potential suppliers and pre-qualify them. - Lead supplier selection processes and finalize legal procurement agreements. - Provide management with periodic reports on procurement activities and savings. - Manage the entire P2P process and place purchase orders with suppliers. - Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, strategize for the future, and identify areas for improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-8 years of procurement expertise, specializing in Software Procurement. - Ability to execute the procurement strategy within the relevant location or domain. - Experience in preparing technical and commercial offers for various procurements and services. - Proficiency in handling domain topics with vendors, ensuring quality deliverables. - Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex software agreements. **Additional Company Details:** Amdocs is dedicated to empowering innovation and enabling next-generation communication and media experiences for customers.
