Sourcing Manager

As a Procurement Manager at our Gurugram office, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining effective procurement processes to support decisions by senior management. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining effective procurement processes to support decisions by senior management. - Managing the preparation of effective reports and presentations for various committee and leadership meetings and other such events. - Driving efficiency in the reporting, processes, and procedures. - Establishing target performance levels and metrics to determine effectiveness and improvement opportunities. - Creating and maintaining process documentation, job aids, templates, and calendar. - Ensuring compliance is maintained with current procedures and internal controls to ensure they are accurate, complete, and effective. To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: - Extensive experience in a procurement role for a global, large company. - Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills. - Experience managing and running sourcing projects. - Demonstrated knowledge of product and service needs, financial analysis, and contract terms and conditions in a technology environment. - Experience negotiating contracts for commercial deals. This position offers a hybrid working environment with 3 days per week in the office and a shift from 6:30 pm to 2:30 am IST.
