Sourcing Manager

Job Description:* *Key Responsibilities:* • Actively engage in door-to-door lead generation activities. • Responsible for Fixing appointments for the generated leads with our architects. • Contact potential leads provided by the company to schedule meetings and follow up on interest. • Provide regular updates to the ECR office on sales progress, and any potential challenges. • Work closely with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies. • Represent Chicco Interiors professionally at all times, ensuring positive client interactions. • Understand and communicate customer needs effectively to the management. *Requirements:* *Qualification:* 12th / Diploma / Any degree is acceptable. *Experience:* 2-4 years in sales, preferably in industrial products like UPVC, switches, ply, or tiles. *Languages:* Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written). *Self-Motivation:* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. *Adaptability:* Willingness to travel to generate clients and for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
