Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)

Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Ghodbunder Road, Thane

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sourcing Manager to identify, acquire, and manage real estate channel partners (CPs), brokers, and lead sources to drive consistent business for our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, networking skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships in the real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Acquisition & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and external agencies.
  • Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and project briefings for CPs.
  • Ensure CPs are well-informed about project updates, pricing, offers, and inventory.

Lead Generation & Business Sourcing

  • Generate qualified leads through channel partners and bulk lead sourcing agencies.
  • Maintain consistent inflow of high-quality leads to support sales targets.
  • Track CP performance and drive productivity through incentive structures and engagement plans.

Market Research & Networking

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, launches, and CP activities.
  • Attend real estate networking events, exhibitions, and broker meet-ups to expand sourcing base.
  • Identify new areas and opportunities to strengthen sourcing channels.

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to streamline flow of leads and information.
  • Assist in organizing CP meets, site visits, and promotional events.
  • Provide feedback from CPs and market insights to management for strategic decisions.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain CP database, onboarding documents, and lead flow reports.
  • Share weekly/monthly sourcing performance reports with management.
  • Monitor channel-wise ROI to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
  • Ability to achieve targets and handle pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)
  • Preferably with 2–6 years of experience in real estate channel sales/sourcing.
