Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team at Ek Matra Technologies, one of the biggest platforms for enterprise gifting and rewards in India. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing unique and innovative gift products and reward options that meet the needs of our corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of gift products and reward options
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and preferences
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new and innovative gift products and reward options
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from product selection to delivery and quality control
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our sourcing strategies and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the enterprise gifting industry
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and powerpoint and other relevant software applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
