Your Impact
As a Solution Architect specializing in AI capabilities, you will be at the forefront of the design and implementation of innovative AI-driven solutions that transform our data architecture, automated business processes, and digital experience orchestration. Your expertise will enable the organization to leverage AI and automation to deliver personalized, scalable, and efficient customer, partner, and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Align AI solutions with business goals, compliance requirements, and technology standards while architecting solutions that integrate advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation to optimize data flows and business insights.
- Lead the design and deployment of AI-powered automation frameworks that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed AI capabilities that enhance customer engagement, personalization, and campaign orchestration across multiple channels.
- Drive adoption of AI platforms and tools that support scalable, flexible, and secure AI workloads from edge to cloud environments.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging AI trends, best practices, and technology innovations to continuously evolve the AI architecture and capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years in the tech industry, with specific experience working on projects related to data architecture, channel integrations, platform automation, data analytics, and across multiple audiences (customer, partner, employees).
- Proven ability to lead sophisticated, technical programs, motivate change, and connect with senior executives to influence accelerated decision-making and execution.
- Experience running large automation programs with multiple dependencies across organizations.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and experience in AI/ML frameworks, including hands-on experience with LLMs and multi-agent architectures.
- Proficiency in modern development languages (Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, R, etc.) and industry standard software development methodologies across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledgeable in industry-leading marketing technology ecosystems and cross-platform integrations using native platform connectors and APIs.
- Strong background in compute, networking, storage, virtualization, and orchestration technologies relevant to AI workloads.
- Familiarity with data privacy, protection, and governance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
