Summary

The Solution Manager – Marketing & Communications (PSG India) acts as the primarytechnology partner for Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand, and CustomerEngagement teams. The role defines solution strategy, drives platform capabilities, managesroadmap execution, and ensures strong business alignment across enterprise marketing andcommunication workflows. This senior individual contributor role is designed with leadershiptrajectory, demonstrating the capability to eventually lead the broader Solutions Managementfunction across multiple domains.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Serve as the primary technology partner for Marketing, Corporate Communications, and
Brand teams.
  • Translate business needs into solution concepts, requirements, user journeys, and platform
capabilities.
  • Own platform strategy for Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Teams/SharePoint/Viva,
campaign automation, messaging platforms, and content systems.
  • Drive multi-year roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and capability delivery.
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture on conceptual, logical, and integration design across CRM,
ERP, Data, and Field Operations systems.
  • Ensure integration of Marketing and Communications platforms with enterprise tools
including Salesforce, NetSuite, Data Lake, GIS, and custom applications.
  • Partner with PMO, Engineering, Data, and Integrations teams to deliver roadmap
commitments.
  • Manage UAT, rollout, training, and change management for new features and capabilities.
  • Define KPIs and partner with Analytics to build dashboards for campaign ROI, engagement,
and impact.
  • Ensure SOX-aligned change control, documentation, and governance.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities to become future Lead of Solution Managers by guiding
junior team members, leading workshops, influencing cross-domain priorities, and drivingenterprise-level collaboration.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNo direct people management initially, but provides leadership influence and guidance tojunior solution managers and platform analysts with future potential to lead the broaderSolutions Management function.CompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following

Excellent Verbal And Written English Communication Skills.Experience With Salesforce
